About

I provide consultancy services at the intersection of natural resource governance, climate policy, sustainability and international development.

I support governments, international organizations and NGOs in evaluating programs, developing projects and generating evidence for more effective climate and sustainability policies.

My work combines monitoring and evaluation, qualitative and participatory research, policy advisory, facilitation of multi-stakeholder processes, and project development.

    Selected experience

    • Independent evaluation of the project “Strengthening Food Safety and Consumer Health Protection in Tunisia (2021–2026)” for agencies of the German Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture (BMEL).
    • Facilitation and development of multi-stakeholder monitoring reports on social indicators and disaster risk management in Peru.
    • Program monitoring missions in Mali and Guatemala in the context of integrated water management and ecosystem-based adaptation initiatives.
    • Development of a monitoring plan in the frame of the fourth Gender Equality Report on the socio-ecological transition in Germany.
